This comfortable and cheerful STUDIO condo is the perfect place to launch from every day as you enjoy your time here on the island.  Spend your days and evenings exploring the area, spend your nights cozied up here in this clean and meticulously maintained space.   *****  PLEASE NOTE *****  Pet friendly - DOGS ONLY - weight- and breed-based fees will be applied after the reservation is made if not itemized beforehand.   PLEASE ADVISE REGARDING THE WEIGHT OF YOUR PET.  Preapproval of pets recommended. ***** 

The living area features a small dining table, futon-type “full” sized sofa that converts to sleeping surface, and kitchen with all essentials.  Making breakfast is a breeze with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and NuWave induction cooktop.  The cooktop requires metal-bottomed pans, also provided.  Dishes, glassware, coffee cups, silverware and kitchen utensils are all there for guest use.  While there is no  oven/stove in this condo, the cooktop has been used often to prepare simple meals in the condo.  

Bathroom has glass and tile shower enclosure and sink / cabinet.  

Bedroom area has a king bed, sitting area (for sitting down while putting on your flip flops) and closet space with iron and board. The bedroom area is open to the rest of the condo - it does not have a door between it and the living area. There are a couple chairs outside the door to enjoy morning coffee - overlooks a parking lot but you can often hear the roar of the beach from here.

On the Ocean Inn property you will find a pool and two grill areas for use by owners and guests, free parking, and shared laundry facilities just steps away.  (You will need quarters - we'll remind you of that before you get here.)  Use of our facilities is for overnight registered guests only.

Waterview Property Management, LLC  manages this vacation rental.  This may be described by the website as a new listing, depending on the booking site used.  We assure you - The Ocean Inn is a tried and true, well-loved property!   There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site.  Just search the name.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you make your reservation through an online booking system such as VRBO, HomeAway, or Tripadvisor please note that important information such as confirmation, arrival information, pet policies, parking passes, - will be sent from Waterview Property Management, LLC.  Please be on the lookout!  You may be asked to provide an email address.

Thelma and Siebelt (T&S Properties) managed and lived at The Ocean Inn for many years. They own this condo and two others and are happy to share these vacation spots with their guests.
