This privately-owned and very comfortable 2br/2ba is a 1st floor end unit with a fantastic front deck for your enjoyment. Pet friendly! This property has been beautifully updated and accommodates 4 in beds plus 2 additional guests in the sofa bed. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom for added privacy and functionality. There is a generous amount of natural light in this condo which gives it a bright cheerful feel. Walk a block to the beach access (which you can see from here) or enjoy sun, fun, and the sound of the waves on your own deck area. The pool is just at the other end of the building and is maintained year 'round. It's a very short walk from our door to all of the restaurants and nightlife on the island, but if you prefer to do the cooking yourselves, the beautiful updated kitchen offers all essentials - stove/oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender, along with a full compliment of dishes and cookware.
Here in our complex there are several year-'round residents who take great pride in the beautification of the complex. Close to this unit there are beautiful small gardens with plenty of color.
There is free wifi as well as free onsite parking, coin laundry facilities (not inside the unit, but close by), and a small pool for use by our owners and guests.
Waterview Property Management, LLC manages this vacation rental. This may be described by the website as a new listing, depending on the booking site used. We assure you - The Ocean Inn is a tried and true, well loved property! There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site. Just search the name.
Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.

** PET FEES are $20 PER NIGHT. This must be calculated into fees at the time of the reservation or will be added after the fact. PET FEES ARE DETERMINED BY THE SEARCH PARAMETERS ON THE BOOKING SITE. ** Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies and Isle of Palms pet ordinances. Pet policy is part of the contract. We provide this information to all guests so all are aware of the expectations of pets on the premises. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS.
** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Cost is $1.50 or $2 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
