#208 at The Ocean inn is the perfect place to kick off your "Sandy Schus" and relax on island time!   (Schus = pays homage to the owners.)   You will love sitting outside in this quiet and quaint location just a 5 minute walk to the water's edge.  This condo has been updated and has all you need to enjoy an uncomplicated stay here on Isle of Palms.  Stylish coastal decor makes it feel beachy and cozy and all of the provisions make it so convenient. 

Open living and kitchen area with queen convertible sofa sleeper.  King size bed in the bedroom, large tiled bathroom with a shower only.

Kitchen area with counter seating in kitchen to maximize space.  Typical kitchen essentials, flat-top stove, plus dishwasher, Kuerig, toaster, all pots, pans, silverware and drinkware for cooking and eating in.

This is an upstairs unit with a full flight of steps.  Guests upstairs are asked to be mindful of activities that might create disturbance below.

Common areas include pool, grill area, and laundry facilities.  (You'll need to bring quarters!  We will remind you of that before you get here.)

An icon on the IOP, The Ocean Inn  has been a favorite of island visitors for many years.  We'd love for you to see why folks have returned here for more than 20 years!  It's a special place with a relaxed vibe.

Waterview Property Management, LLC  manages this vacation rental.  This may be described by the website as a "new listing" depending on the booking site used, but we assure you - The Ocean Inn is a tried and true, well loved property!   There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site.  Just search the name.

** ALL BOOKING COMMUNICATION WILL COME FROM WATERVIEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, LLC. Please be on the lookout or you will miss important information such as arrival instructions and parking passes.  You may be asked to provide an email address for this purpose.

A signed contract with Waterview Property Management, LLC will be required to finalize your stay.

** PET FEES are $20 PER NIGHT. This must be calculated into fees at the time of the reservation or will be added after the fact. PET FEES ARE DETERMINED BY THE SEARCH PARAMETERS ON THE BOOKING SITE. ** Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies and Isle of Palms pet ordinances. Pet policy is part of the contract. We provide this information to all guests so all are aware of the expectations of pets on the premises. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS.
** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Cost is $1.50 or $2 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
