This attractive 2 bedroom condo is located on the first floor at The Ocean Inn, with parking close to your door and a small patio area for storing beach chairs or enjoying a quiet moment to yourself. Easy in and out with no steps, easy parking, easy walk to pool, grill, laundry all onsite just steps away and within sight of the door. In this condo, the living area features a brick wall that adds character and reminds you that this is not a new fancy construction property. It's a quaint, quiet, well-loved spot that many have enjoyed over the years. Please note - there is one step inside the condo that goes from the living space to the rest of the condo. In addition, this is a downstairs unit and it is possible you will hear floor noise from above or from next door.
A block from the beach, shops, and Ben & Jerry's! Conveniently located close to the Isle of Palms Connector, it's a short drive to Mt Pleasant and the Towne Center shopping center and a 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston. There are many wonderful restaurants on the island, several which are within a very short walking distance. If you prefer to cook, this condo has a full kitchen with stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a full compliment of small appliances, dishes and kitchenware. This home is well appointed for all your family and friends might need for a great stay at the beach. A great beach vacation doesn't get much easier or convenient than this. It's called Easy Breezy for good reason! ***THERE IS NO VIEW from this condo. It overlooks the driveway and the back door to the neighboring coffee shop. There is a wood partition surrounding the trash receptacle 40' away. There is a great parking spot right at your front door if you're quick enough to grab it each day! ***

This may be described by the website as a new listing, depending on the booking site used, but we assure you - The Ocean Inn is a tried and true, well loved property! There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site. Just search the name.

About the OwnerThe owners of this condo live in Atlanta and when they go to the beach, they come here. ** PET FEES are $20 PER NIGHT. This must be calculated into fees at the time of the reservation or will be added after the fact. PET FEES ARE DETERMINED BY THE SEARCH PARAMETERS ON THE BOOKING SITE. ** Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies and Isle of Palms pet ordinances. Pet policy is part of the contract. We provide this information to all guests so all are aware of the expectations of pets on the premises. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS.
** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Cost is $1.50 or $2 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
