High Life at the IOP! This privately owned STUDIO condo is wonderfully decorated and immaculately maintained. There is a king bed, sitting area with sofa, and eating space in the main room with an adjoining kitchen area and full bath. Provided in this small but serviceable kitchen is a large toaster oven, regular toaster, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, and single-eye counter-top induction cook-top. The cook-top requires steel-bottomed pans for it to operate and one 2-qt soup pot is provided. Plates, bowls, silverware, coffee cups...also provided. There is no oven/stove combination but there are small appliances to meet the needs of preparing simple meals in your condo.
The bathroom has been updated to include tile and glass and has plenty of counter space.
You can tell this retreat is well loved by many from all over the country as you read the different destination decals on the creative entryway wall. (Please bring a decal from your home town to add to it!) Even though this condo is located on the back side of the Ocean Inn condominium complex, you can still hear the waves off the beach at night. Free parking onsite. Coin laundry facilities, two grill areas and small private pool for use by guests of our complex. It's a 5-min walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants on the Island. Close to the Isle of Palms Connector so it's a quick trip to Mt Pleasant or 25 minutes to downtown Charleston.
On the Ocean Inn property you will find a pool and two grill areas for use by owners and guests, fee parking, and shared laundry facilities just steps away. (You will need quarters - we'll remind you of that before you get here.)

** PET FEES are $20 PER NIGHT. This must be calculated into fees at the time of the reservation or will be added after the fact. PET FEES ARE DETERMINED BY THE SEARCH PARAMETERS ON THE BOOKING SITE. ** Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies and Isle of Palms pet ordinances. Pet policy is part of the contract. ** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Cost is $1.50 or $2 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
