This privately-owned 1st floor "condo-with-a-little-view" has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and accommodates 4 in beds in the bedrooms, plus 2 in the sofa bed in the living room. There is a generous amount of natural light in this condo which gives it a bright cheerful feel. With a bathroom attached to each bedroom, there is plenty of privacy. One of the bedrooms has an additional outside entrance. Pull the sofa beds out at night for extra guests.

Of particular interest to those who want to enjoy being outdoors, is the fantastic porch that is for use by guests of this condo. Bring a couple lounge chairs to enjoy the sun or use the tables and chairs already there to enjoy family meals or early morning peace and quiet with a cup of coffee.

Walk a block to the beach access (which you can see from here) or enjoy sun, fun, and beach breezes on your own porch area. The pool is also just steps away from the door. It's a very short walk from our door to all of the restaurants and nightlife on the island, but if you prefer to do the cooking yourselves, the full kitchen offers all essentials - stove/oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender, along with a full compliment of dishes and cookware. Here in our complex there are several year-'round residents who take great pride in the beautification of the complex. Close to this unit there are beautiful small gardens with plenty of color. There is free wifi as well as free onsite parking, coin laundry facilities in the building (not inside the condo), and a small pool for use by our owners and guests.

Waterview Property Management, LLC  manages this vacation rental.  This may be described by the website as a new listing, depending on the booking site used.  We assure you - The Ocean Inn is a tried and true, well loved property!   There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site.  Just search the name.

Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season.  To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry.  If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.

If you book your stay though an online booking system such as vrbo, Homeaway or Airbnb please be aware that much of our important communication - confirmation, arrival information, parking passes, pet policies, etc - come from our internal system at Waterview Property Management, LLC.  Please be on the lookout!  You may be asked to provide an email address to be used for this purpose.

A signed contract with Waterview Property Management, LLC will be required to finalize your reservation.
