You will enjoy "Breaking Away" to this cozy 1br/1ba at The Ocean Inn, a hidden gem with private pool, outdoor grill areas, on-site laundry and free parking.
The first thing you'll notice is all the bright natural light that comes into this condo. In fact, it is the only property in the complex with windows on three sides. The living room has a comfy couch and classic woven chair with plush pillows. Enjoy watching palm trees swaying in the breeze, seeing the "ocean peak" view in the distance, listening to the rush of the waves, and taking in silent morning sunrises....all from your front door! The condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the separate bedroom area and *new* queen sofa-bed with memory foam mattress. Enjoy the large screen tv with cable and for some family fun, check out the books and games stocked in the entertainment center. Owner has provided a small beach cart for bringing your chairs to the beach.
The kitchen has been redesigned for maximum use of space and has a full-sized refrigerator, oven with stove top, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils needed for a great home cooked meal so you can enjoy family-style eating at the dining table for 4.
The bathroom has been beautifully renovated. The deep tub and shower is the perfect spot to enjoy a luxurious salt soak or refreshing shower after a day at the beach.
Park the car and walk to anywhere you might want to go: the beach, great restaurants, local coffeehouses, unique shops, the local grocery store, and even The Island Spa. Feeling adventurous? Walk just next door to the moped rental shop so you can explore the quaint streets on the island, or zip over to Sullivan's Island for lunch and a visit to Fort Moultrie.
Downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island and Mount Pleasant are all within a short picturesque drive. We are located close to the Isle of Palms Connector so getting off the island to explore is quick and easy.
Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.

About the OwnerThis condo was recently purchased by new owners who live here on the island. They are excited to share their "guest room" with you and hope to provide everything you might need for your stay. ** Many of our properties are pet friendly. Guests may see or hear the pets of others during their stay. If this causes any inconvenience, please contact a property manager so that any avoidable issues may be addressed.
** PET FEES are $20 PER NIGHT. This must be calculated into fees at the time of the reservation or will be added after the fact. PET FEES ARE DETERMINED BY THE SEARCH PARAMETERS ON THE BOOKING SITE. ** Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies and Isle of Palms pet ordinances. Pet policy is part of the contract. We provide this information to all guests so all are aware of the expectations of pets on the premises. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS.
** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Cost is $1.50 or $2 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
