This first-floor STUDIO condo at The Ocean Inn offers plenty of natural light and an outside sitting area to enjoy the sunshine.
The sleeping area features a lighthouse and tropical "Tommy Bahama" theme and king-size bed. The bedroom and living space are separated by the bathroom which gives those sleeping on the queen-sized sofa bed a little privacy. The 50" Smart TV is a nice addition for rainy days when beach-going is limited. Location, location, location is the best part of this condo.... steps away from coin laundry, grill area, free parking and pool and only a few minutes walk to the beach.
Provided in this small but serviceable kitchen is a large toaster oven, regular toaster, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, and single-eye counter-top induction cook-top. The cook-top requires steel-bottomed pans for it to operate, also provided. Plates, bowls, silverware, coffee cups...all provided. You'll have all you need to make simple meals in your condo. There is no full-sized oven or stove but the small appliances provided will meet your needs for simple meal prep.
The complex is located close to the Isle of Palms Connector so it's a quick drive to the Towne Center shopping center in Mt Pleasant. It will take 25 minutes to get to downtown Charleston to see the sights or have a wonderful meal in any of the city's award-winning restaurants, but honestly - you are within a 5-minute walking distance to several fabulous eateries right here on the island. The owners are retired and enjoy photographing the sights at the beach while they're here - many of the photos in the condo are theirs.
This condo is dog-friendly. Fees are $20 per night PER 40lbs. Monthly rates for pets are adjusted at the time of reservation. Quote will be adjusted at the time of the reservation.
Waterview Property Management, LLC manages this vacation rental. This may be described by the website as a new listing, depending on the booking site used. We assure you - The Ocean Inn is a tried and true, well loved property! There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site. Just search the name.

The owners, Sherrie and John, live in Tennessee. They love their condo and have updated it to include the things they found beneficial during their visits here. ** Rates are subject to change before reservations are confirmed.
** Refunds are given if cancellation is requested more than 30 days before arrival. Please refer to cancellation policy for full details.
** Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. These times are not usually flexible due to cleaning company requirements.
** Many of our properties are pet friendly. Guests may see or hear the pets of others during their stay. If this causes any inconvenience, please contact a property manager so that any avoidable issues may be addressed.
** PET FEES are $20 PER NIGHT. This must be calculated into fees at the time of the reservation. ** Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies and Isle of Palms pet ordinances. Pet policy is part of the contract. We provide this information to all guests so all are aware of the expectations of pets on the premises.
** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Cost is $1.50 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
