Master bedroom has a KING bed in the bedroom plus a small dressing area.
Large tiled bathroom with a gorgeous shower is accessed from the hallway, not through the master.
Second bedroom has a QUEEN with UPPER TWIN bunk bed and has it's own half-bath, accessed within the room.
Kitchen area with counter seating in kitchen to maximize space. Typical kitchen essentials, flat-top stove, plus dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, all pots, pans, silverware and drinkware for cooking and eating in.
Open living space is meant for relaxing while watching the high quality smart TV. (No cable connection at this time.)
This is a first floor unit. (Guests upstairs are asked to mind their floor noise!)
Common areas include pool, grill area, and laundry facilities. (You'll need to bring quarters! We will remind you of that before you get here.)
Maximum 6 Guests
No smoking inside the property or on the porches and decks. If smoking on the property we respectfully ask guests to dispose of butts.
Pets considered, must be pre-approved.

This condo has two beach chairs for guest use. There are beach toys for kids located on the Ocean Inn property in a basket by the laundry room. (Reminder - Laundry facilities are not inside the condo.)
Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we would be happy to accommodate you.
Waterview Property Management, LLC manages this vacation rental. This may be described by the website as a "new listing" depending on the booking site used, but we assure you - The Ocean Inn is a tried and true, well loved property! There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site. Just search the name.
