The living room has a full convertible futon couch, TV, and a comfy rocker chair. Since the living and kitchen spaces are open the TV can be seen from the dining table as well. Second TV in the bedroom, gorgeous glass and tile bathroom shower renovation.
Kitchen is complete with all essentials you will need to be perfectly comfortable during your stay, whether you will be cooking your meals or going out. Breakfast is a breeze with coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle. Think "IKEA" when you see the creative shelving and storage...
The beautiful recently remodeled bathroom is spectacular - bright glass and tile with a modern feel make this an enjoyable place to rinse the salt air off and get ready for your next adventure!

What's very special about this particular condo is that it was "home sweet home" to the owners for more than 15 years while they were managing the entire complex. They renovated their condo as they were preparing to retire and saw to it that their guests would have everything they might need during their stay. This place has an extra special spot in the owner's hearts and they are happy to have it be part of your memories.

About the OwnerThelma and Siebelt (T&S Properties) managed and lived at The Ocean Inn for over 15 years, while living in THIS CONDO! They own this one and two others and are happy to share these vacation spots with their guests. They have tried to anticipate all their guests might need without adding unnecessary clutter. Guests will find this and other condos to be well-stocked and well-maintained. Thelma and Siebelt stay at The Ocean Inn often and always stay in their own properties to ensure they are in touch with what is needed for a fantastic getaway.

** PET FEES are $20 PER NIGHT. This must be calculated into fees at the time of the reservation or will be added after the fact. ** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Cost is $1.50 or $2 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
