This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo is a spacious 500 square feet and offers bright natural light, spaces for guests to relax, and a huge comfy king bed in the bedroom. Walk up the steps to your own private porch where you can enjoy breezes and beverages....and just inside you will find an open living, dining and kitchen space. The living room has a NEW (2021) queen-sized couch, TV, and a comfy leather reclining chair. Since the living and kitchen spaces are open the TV can be seen from the dining table as well. Second TV in the bedroom, gorgeous glass and tile bathroom shower renovation.
Kitchen is complete with all essentials you will need to be perfectly comfortable during your stay, whether you will be cooking your meals or going out. Breakfast is a breeze with coffee maker, toaster, and tea kettle. Think "Scandinavian with a touch of island life” when you see the creative shelving and storage...
The beautiful recently remodeled bathroom is spectacular - bright glass and tile with a modern feel make this an enjoyable place to rinse the salt air off and get ready for your next adventure!
Bedroom has a king bed and plenty of cabinetry to stash your belongings.
What's very special about this particular condo is that it was "home sweet home" to the owners for more than 15 years while they were managing the entire complex. They renovated their condo as they were preparing to retire and saw to it that their guests would have everything they might need during their stay. This place has an extra special spot in the owner's hearts and they are happy to have it be part of your memories.
Just steps away is the pool, grill area, and around the corner of the building are laundry facilities. (You'll need to bring quarters. We will remind you of that before you get here.)
Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
Waterview Property Management, LLC manages this vacation rental. This may be described by the website as a new listing, depending on the booking site used. We assure you - The Ocean Inn is a tried and true, well loved property! There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site. Just search the name.
* Please note that this is a downstairs unit and it is likely you will hear floor noise from upstairs. Guests upstairs are asked to be mindful of activities that might create disturbance below. *

About the OwnerThelma and Siebelt (T&S Properties) managed and lived at The Ocean Inn for over 15 years, while living in THIS CONDO! They own this one and two others and are happy to share these vacation spots with their guests. They have tried to anticipate all their guests might need without adding unnecessary clutter. Guests will find this and other condos to be well-stocked and well-maintained. Thelma and Siebelt stay at The Ocean Inn often and always stay in their own properties to ensure they are in touch with what is needed for a fantastic getaway.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

** Many of our properties are pet friendly. Guests may see or hear the pets of others during their stay. If this causes any inconvenience, please contact a property manager so that any avoidable issues may be addressed.
** PET FEES are BASED ON TOTAL WEIGHT. This must be calculated into fees at the time of the reservation or will be added after the fact. PET FEES ARE DETERMINED BY THE SEARCH PARAMETERS ON THE BOOKING SITE.
** NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS OR BREED MIXES. PLEASE INQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING IF QUESTIONABLE.
** Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies and Isle of Palms pet ordinances. Pet policy is part of the contract. We provide this information to all guests so all are aware of the expectations of pets on the premises.
** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Cost is $1.50 or $2 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
