This stylish "comfy-cozy" condo is located on the 2nd floor in Building A at The Sea Cabins. It faces southeast and from the balcony you will see the most beautiful sunset skies on the island!
#211 is an OCEAN FRONT 1br 1ba condo that sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living space. If you're bringing small adventurous kids there are two small "ship bunks" in the hallway.
Recent renovation of the kitchen includes new cabinetry and counters plus some lovely design touches. This condo's functionality and use of space is spot on, even including a workspace for remote students and employees. Wifi is included.
2 TVs, one in living space and one in bedroom, both with cable TV.
Max 4 guests. ONE VEHICLE PASS provided.
** Please note that the area where the bunks are does not have a door separating the sleeping spaces from the living space. This would be important to a family with younger children hoping to get them to bed earlier while still enjoying the living space. **
Sea Cabins have been a destination on Isle of Palms since 1980! Many families have raised their kids staying here. Private fishing pier, pool, walkways to the beach are all close to Building A. Convenient to shops, restaurants, (Ben & Jerry's!) and the county park playground and facilities right next door.

** PET ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THIS PROPERTY! If a pet is observ3ed during your stay you will forfeit the security deposit and be asked to leave immediately.
** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Cost is $1.50 or $2 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
