This casual laid back condo is a slice of heaven on the first floor. This 1br1ba condo at the Sea Cabin complex on Isle of Palms. It has a colorful and comfy decor and all essentials for a relaxing stay at Isle of Palms. This uncomplicated space is the perfect spot to kick up your feet and relax while enjoying some of the most beautiful sunrises you've ever seen! This condo faces northeast - watch the sky explode from your balcony.
The condo is nice and simple, clean, ,well-kept, and conservatively decorated in a range of relaxing blues and teals.
A fabulous and fun update includes new flooring, new full-size oven and microwave. open shelving, new coffee station with both drip and k-cup coffee makers. One fun Addition to this condo is a large size console table on wheels. It normally resides under the TV but since it’s on wheels, it can be rolled over to the couch for eating meals, playing games, doing a puzzle… Anything you might want extra table space for. It’s sets up a little higher than a normal coffee table so this piece is more of a multi function element.
Queen bed in bedroom, sleeper sofa in living space. Two small "ship bunks" will provide an exciting space for your small pirates to sleep. (Bunks not really meant for adults...please take that one to heart.)
Kitchen with all essentials including dishwasher.
There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is included.
First floor unit has one flight of steps up to the door; there is no elevator. Parking is very close when parking on the ocean side of the building.
Private community pool, grill area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms.
Convenient to shops, restaurants, (Ben & Jerry's!) and the county park playground and park facilities right next door.
Max 4 guests.
ONE VEHICLE PASS provided. No golf carts, mopeds, trailers allowed.

** TRIP INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE AND STRONGLY ENCOURAGED! WE ABIDE BY ALL CANCELLATION POLICIES.
** Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. These times are not usually flexible due to cleaning company requirements.
** AGAIN....NO PETS ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS. **
** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
