This fun and relaxing 2nd floor condo, #231 located in the center building (B) of the Sea Cabins, is the perfect place for an OCEAN FRONT getaway. It's name, Landshark Pier, brings focus to the island's ONLY PRIVATE FISHING PIER with limited access to guests only. The owner's of this fun condo have fun "Landshark" signage in their condo which we hope will help you remember your stay here you will know where to return for a repeat adventure.
Queen bed in bedroom, sleeper sofa in living space. Two small "ship bunks" will provide an exciting space for your small pirates to sleep. (Bunks not really meant for adults...)
Kitchen with all essentials including dishwasher.
There are 2 TVs, one in living space and one in the bedroom, both with cable TV. Free Wifi is included.
Private community pool, grill area, coin laundry, and access to THE ONLY fishing pier on the Isle of Palms.
Convenient to shops, restaurants, (Ben & Jerry's!) and the county park playground and park facilities right next door.
2nd Floor “end unit”, 24 steps right to the door. No elevators.
Max 4 guests. NO PETS.

About the OwnerThis owners of this sweet spot are a family of 4 from PA who have enjoyed Isle of Palms for many years. They finally bit the bullet to own their own slice of heaven here! Various updates have been made during the family's trips here and more are planned in the coming year, but honestly....it's the perfect spot just the way it is. It is a relaxing, uncomplicated, and generally "unstuffy" spot for creating memories. The owner loves to wet a line from the fishing pier with their son during their time here. They can attest to the

Cost is $1.50 or $2 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests. ** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas. ** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food.
