This comfortable and cheerful STUDIO condo is the perfect place to launch from every day as you enjoy your time here on the island.  Spend your days and evenings exploring the area, spend your nights cozied up here in this clean and meticulously maintained spot.   Pets are welcome with applicable fees.  (Dogs only.) Fees are calculated by total weight of pet.

The living area features a small dining table, futon-type sofa, and kitchen with all essentials.  Making breakfast is a breeze with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and NuWave induction cooktop.  The cooktop requires metal-bottomed pans, also available.  Dishes, glassware, coffee cups, silverware and kitchen utensils are all included.  While there is no  oven/stove in this condo, the cooktop has been used often to prepare simple meals in the condo.  

Bathroom has glass and tile shower enclosure and sink / cabinet.  

Bedroom has a king bed, sitting area (for sitting down while putting on your flip flops) and closet space with iron and board.

Waterview Property Management, LLC  manages this vacation rental.  This may be described by the website as a new listing, depending on the booking site used.  We assure you - The Ocean Inn is a tried and true, well-loved property!   There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site.  Just search the name.

Thelma and Siebelt (T&S Properties) managed and lived at The Ocean Inn for many years. They own this condo and two others and are happy to share these vacation spots with their guests. They have tried to anticipate all their guests might need without adding unnecessary clutter. Guests will find this and other condos to be well-stocked and well-maintained. Thelma and Siebelt stay at The Ocean Inn often and always stay in their own properties to ensure they are in touch with what is needed for a fantastic getaway.

** Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. These times are not usually flexible due to cleaning company requirements.
** Many of our properties are pet friendly. Guests may see or hear the pets of others during their stay. If this causes any inconvenience, please contact a property manager so that any avoidable issues may be addressed.
** PET FEES are $20 PER NIGHT. This must be calculated into fees at the time of the reservation. ** Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies and Isle of Palms pet ordinances. Pet policy is part of the contract. We provide this information to all guests so all are aware of the expectations of pets on the premises.
** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Cost is $1.50 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
