This spacious STUDIO CONDO is located on the second floor up where the beach breeze is fresh and clear. It comfortably accommodates 4 with a king sleigh bed featuring a premium Beaufain mattress, a twin sofa-bed with a restful memory foam mattress, and if needed, a bed-height queen-sized air mattress in the closet. The sleeping area is in the same large space and there is plenty of room to add the air mattress if it's needed. There's a comfortable work/eating space and a beautiful renovated full bath. The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator and all you might need for simple meal preparation - microwave, portable induction cook top*, toaster, coffee maker, Pizzazz Plus pizza cooker, mixer, crock pot, utensils and all essential dishes, glassware, cups and flatware. *Appropriate steel-bottomed saute’ pan and soup pot are provided.
When you walk into this colorful condo it feels bright and cheerful with two large windows and a skylight allowing lots of natural light to brighten the space. Black out shades have been installed for privacy and so outdoor lighting from the front windows will not be a bother at night.
The beach is less than a block away. Please feel free to use the beach chairs (2 high seats, 2 low seats) and beach umbrella. (SAVE $$ on rental fees) A cart and drink cooler are available to use as you enjoy the sun, sand and sea. For fun on the beach there are boogie boards, sand toys and other beach games such as Bocce stored in the closet. Please spray off all beach items and return to closet after use. Guests should bring their own beach towels.
There are also 2 very comfy captain's chairs and a table to enjoy sitting outside on the porch to read and relax. Concerned about missing the big game or what to do if it’s raining? Don’t worry, a 50" Smart TV is available for your viewing pleasure. This condo offers free onsite parking, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a private pool for guest’s use. Also on site are two grilling locations with picnic seating.
This Bright and Beachy condo is a couple minutes walking distance from a variety of great restaurants, a spa, beachfront shopping, scooter/bike rentals and Ben and Jerry's. Many guests love Cafe Paname which is adjacent to our building and remember to ask for the 10% discount. A 7-11 quick-mart is right around the corner and a Harris Teeter is a few blocks away. Isle of Palms County Park is beachfront on the north side of the pier and offers a playground and sand volleyball court. Historic Charleston is a 20 minute drive away where there is so much to do. A few ideas -- shopping at The Market, taking a carriage ride or a Ghost Tour, visiting The Battery, Rainbow Row and other points of interest. Patriot's Point, Fort Sumter and Boone Hall Plantation offer great historical adventures.

About the Owner
This property was purchased by new owners at the end of 2016. They currently live in Columbia SC and they and their family like to visit the beach frequently. They have enjoyed outfitting their "Bright and Beachy" studio with their guests in mind. New, fun decor, a giant 50" Smart TV, chairs for the beach, and even a cooler. They look forward to sharing their favorite place with you!

** Refunds are given if cancellation is requested more than 30 days before arrival. Please refer to cancellation policy for full details.
** Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. These times are not usually flexible due to cleaning company requirements.
** Many of our properties are pet friendly. Guests may see or hear the pets of others during their stay. If this causes any inconvenience, please contact a property manager so that any avoidable issues may be addressed.
** PET FEES are $20 PER NIGHT. This must be calculated into fees at the time of the reservation. ** Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies and Isle of Palms pet ordinances. Pet policy is part of the contract. We provide this information to all guests so all are aware of the expectations of pets on the premises.
** Your reservation is confirmed when the deposit is paid. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** You will receive email 7 days prior to your arrival with essential check-in information, key code, pet policy reminder, and parking pass. Please print all documents and bring with you.
** All items available for your use - soaps, linens, towels, starter paper products - will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. If linens or towels need refreshing, there is an on-sight laundry for guests to use. Cost is $1.50 in quarters per load, washer or dryer. Guest is responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
** All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
** Please dispose of cigarette butts - birds think they are food. We ask that you PLEASE do not throw them in the parking lot or the grass for someone else to pick up.
** Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.
