This condo is getting a new look and new BEACH VIBES!  Located at The Ocean Inn.  Looking out through the palm fronds by this condo, you will catch a glimpse of the waves just a block away. This spacious 1br/1ba second floor "split level" condo has a full kitchen and accommodates 4. There is a king bed in the bedroom and queen sofa-bed in the living area making this a perfect spot for small families. The bathroom has been updated with tile, glass, and marble.

There is a uniqueness to this floor plan because of the stairs going up to the master and the kitchen area. This separation of spaces makes it feel larger than it is and accounts for the feeling of privacy in the bedroom area.  The reason for the steps goes back to the history of the buildings...it's a great story!  Ask us about it.

A small dining table is perfect for breakfast but chances are you'll want to enjoy dinner out at one of our wonderful local restaurants.

The best part of this condo is it's location - you can walk to anywhere you want to go.
Grocery, restaurants, shops, moped rental, beach spa....park the car on arrival and never get in it again!

On the Ocean Inn property you will find a pool and two grill areas for use by owners and guests, fee parking, and shared laundry facilities just steps away.  (You will need quarters - we'll remind you of that before you get here.)

Waterview Property Management, LLC  manages this vacation rental.  This may be described by the website as a new listing, depending on the booking site used.  We assure you - The Ocean Inn is a tried and true, well loved property!   There are reviews "out there" even if not on this site.  Just search the name.

Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season.  To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry.  If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.

Beth is the property manager for this property and she looks forward to helping you book your stay. The owners of this condo recently purchased it after being guests here while raising their kids over the last 20+ years. Offering this condo to you in a dream come true for them as they now bring their grown kids and grandchildren to their favorite spot. The condo is simple and uncomplicated. The steps going to and fro between the living area, bedroom, and kitchen are reminiscent of the original layout before additions "back in the day" changed the floor plan.
